Peter was thrilled to be involved in this project, a stunning piece of architecture by local architect Lloyd Hunt located in the Town of the Blue Mountains. A concept was developed that was respectful of the home's classical elements, but was unfortunately not realized.
As an established interior designer, the client sought out Owen Landscape Architect to undertake a conceptual design exercise for their unique new home located on the western flank of the Beaver Valley in Grey-Bruce County.
The design featured a swimming pool, spa, and an outdoor dining and living area divided by a double-sided fireplace. A clean, modern design approach to the landscape planning compliments the home's unique architecture.

Located in a waterfront enclave development in Collingwood, the client's, and neighbouring homes all face a pond.
Peter Owen resolved their request for an outdoor patio and firepit, by designing a circular sunken firepit embedded into the sloping gradient, and linking to the walkout deck through a connecting living room "pod" set at the halfway elevation between the upper deck and the ground level.
